Everything sits together, so young people can make progress and the adults supporting them can see where help is needed.

Tools for the whole journey

Students can explore careers, review their skills, check a job advert, build a CV and cover letter, and practise for interviews. Careers guides are included too.

Staff stay in the loop

Teacher and admin accounts are included. Staff can manage student access, see activity and job-check results, and support learners who need a hand.

Care built in

Job adverts are checked for concerns, with a route for staff to review reports. A data processing agreement and export and deletion controls help your school manage its data.

Your own address and design

Each school gets its own workspace address, on a NextRoles subdomain or your own domain, with your logo, colours and font. Students and staff sign in to a space that looks like your school.

Single sign-on

Let students and staff sign in with their school Microsoft account or another identity provider. We set this up with your IT team when your school joins.

Accessible for every student

Speak-to-type, page translation and accessibility settings are built in, so every student can use the tools in the way that works for them.
